I agree that in exchange for personal contact information (phone number, email address, name or other personally identifiable information). I will electronically receive a copy of my photos.

I hereby grant strike-a-pose photo booths permission to send me promotional content via email, text or phone correspondence through the personal contact channels I provided.

I hereby grant strike-a-pose photo booths permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media, in any and all of it's publications, without payment or other considerations.

I hereby irrevocable authorize to strike-a-pose photo booths to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photos.

I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge strike-a-pose photo booths, from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf, or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
